If you are under 18, you will also need to bring proof of enrollment to show that you are in school. In addition to this, you will need your DE-964 certificate that indicates you have completed 32 full hours of the teen drivers’ education course. If you are 16 or 17, you will need to bring a parent or legal guardian along with you.
